Before Your Session
Hydrate well and wear comfortable clothing. We recommend avoiding caffeine and alcohol prior to your appointment to maximize your energetic receptivity. Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in comfortably.
During Your Session
Relax in one of our reclining chairs or lie down, close your eyes, and simply allow the energy field to do its work. Many clients report sensations of warmth, gentle pulses, or emotional release. Sleep is welcomed and encouraged.
After Your Session
Continue to hydrate and rest as needed. We encourage taking a salt bath (using sea salt or Epsom salt) to support your body in detoxifying. Journaling, grounding, or light walks can enhance integration of the session benefits.
